9/5/10-We're Poor

In the Show "How I Met Your Mother" the characters live in New York City. They call the area right outside their door the Bermuda Triangle because if they want to get rid of something they place it out there on the sidewalk and walk back toward their building. By the time they turn around to take one last glance, the item is gone and it's nowhere to be seen. This is very similar to the dumpster outside our window, except we are the ones who sneak it off before anyone can notice. We have gotten 2 book cases, storage boxes, wood, a desk chair, a rocker, jeans, underwear, a tall lamp, and the other day Luciano brought a rug, all rolled up and thought someone might have placed it outside in order to sell. We kept looking out the window to see if anyone pulled up looking for the rug. We never saw anyone, but if it was there to sell, they never should have left it in the Bermuda Triangle...

I told Bob, my dad's cousin-in-law, that we take things if it looks like they are trash and he said to be careful because people use chairs to save parking places. I told him that they are the ones who need to be careful.

(By the way, we didn't really find underwear)

  1. AWESOME!!!!!! I love this. Luciano, your video was perfect and hilarious. I am so glad you have a Dumpster O' Love right outside your window. What a blessing, eh? It's like your own thrift store where everything is free. Who could ask for anything more?
